Ingredients

• 1 C butter
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 C flour
• 2 tsps cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking Pwdr
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 c sugar
• 3 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Heat oven to 400

Mix butter sugar and eggs thoroughly

Blend flour, cream tartar, baking pwdr and baking soda, salt and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Stir all together

Roll into balls

Roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture

Place about 2 inches apart on cooking sheet

Bake about 8 minutes

These cookies puff up at first then flatten out
