Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients 1 C butter 3/4 C brown sugar 3/4 C sugar 2 eggs 3 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3 C flour 1 bag chocolate chips Instructions Preheat oven to 375
Mix butter sugars eggs vanilla baking soda baking powder til creamy. Add flour mix well. Stir in chocolate chips Drop by heaping Tbls onto cookie sheet
Bake for 7-9 minutes (til golden brown)

Beef Stew
Ingredients 2 lbs stew meat 1 cup flour Tsp of garlic powder Salt and pepper 1/4-1/3 c olive oil 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix 3-4 cups beef broth 5 potatoes 5 lg carrots 1 lg yellow onion Red wine (optional) Instructions In zip lock bag add flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Add stew meat toss til evenly coated Heat oil and add meat
Brown all over In lg pan add beef broth, Lipton onion soup bring to boil

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients 1/2 C (1 stick) plus 6 TBLS butter (softened) 3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 C granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking Pwdr 3 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 3 C oatmeal 1 1/2 c raisins Instructions Heat Oven to 350 Fahrenheit. In large bowl beat butter and sugarβs on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy.

Lemon Biscotti
Cookies Ingredients 2 lg eggs 3/4 c sugar 2 Tbls lemon π peel 1 1/4 tsp bkg pwdr 1/4 C oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp lemon π(or almond) extract 1/4 tsp salt 2 C flour Instructions Mix all together Divide in two Form 2 logs approx 12β x 1 1/2β Bake at 350 20 minutes Take out cool on pan Cut into 1/2β slices Cook another 10-15 min (Should have a little browned crunchy look) Cool Icing Ingredients 1 C white chocolate chips 1 Tbls shortening Instructions Melt in micro Check and stir after 30 seconds.

Place a pan over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Tzatziki
Ingredients 1 large cucumber Greek yogurt Garlic Dill Olive oil salt Grate 1 big cucumber with the cheese grater Instructions Working with one big handful at a time, lightly squeeze the grated cucumber between your palms over the sink to remove excess moisture. You can use a paper towel as well to remove excess water.
Transfer the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl, and repeat with the remaining cucumber.

Ingredients 1 C butter 1 1/2 C sugar 2 eggs 3 C flour 2 tsps cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking Pwdr 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 c sugar 3 tsp cinnamon Instructions Heat oven to 400
Mix butter sugar and eggs thoroughly
Blend flour, cream tartar, baking pwdr and baking soda, salt and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Stir all together
Roll into balls

Ingredients 2 lbs beef tenderloin or sirloin steak 1/4 cup butter About 1/2 lb mushrooms (optional) 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed beef broth 1/2 cup instant minced onions 1/4 C catsup (optional) 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/3 C flour 2 Cups sour cream 10 oz uncooked medium noodles 3 Tbls butter Instructions Cut meat across grain into 3/4 inch slices then cut into about 3 in strips

Cheese Breakfast Muffins
Recipe Cook up country sausage or bacon or ham (about 1 pound) Spray muffin tin thoroughly Put meat in bottom of muffin tins Take 8 eggs and 1 cup of milk dash of salt and some pepper. Wish well Pour on top of sausage Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes til bubbly not jiggly Put in refrigerator and reheat when ready to eat for 1 minute Can add mushrooms peppers onions tofu etc.
